Eliminarnot papercraft friendly, I don't think this model was made with papercraft in mind...
ResponderEliminarthere's literally parts of his hair going inside each other. (the top spikes specifically, impossible to fold and glue those ones). also there's a ton of unnecessary little details that make the experience awful.
his face could have easily been one plane, but there's 5 different little pieces that don't even add that much depth.
also the little bag in his arm didn't have any reason to be 3d as well, it's so small and insignificant, could have been printed on
they also made every single individual piece of hair a complex 3d model. (this is understandable for the main hair, but even the hairs in the back that no one sees? really?)
I don't know if this part was my fault or not, but the instruction for the arms always left them on backwards, lol. I'm pretty sure I was looking at the right parts (I labeled them
inside like the model on pepakura). I had to freestyle my way into gluing the arms (spoiler: it looks awful)
this was supposed to be a birthday present so I'm extra crushed it didn't work out
I believe someone just took a model from a game and "opened" and laid flat all of the individual planes on a program like blender. don't recommend this one for papercraft. but thanks for sharing anyway!
